CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the nature of wilderness adventure, there are variables beyond our control. All adventure outings will go as scheduled, rain or shine. Refunds or credits cannot be offered for destination changes, weather conditions, or natural expressions of Mother Earth. We will refund all payments for events that we cancel. For programs that operate as scheduled, if you cancel 60 or more days before the event you may receive a credit for the amount you paid less a 25% processing fee. Participants who cancel less than 60 days prior to an event may only receive a credit or refund, less a 25% processing fee, in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a physician's letter. Due to the nature of our business and the limited number of available spaces on our outings, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Thank you for understanding.
